August 6...living to meet Joe and Dianne in Seattle

As you can see Halle is really not gettin in the groove...she just wants to sleep in the suitcase...

This is our sights as we drove out of Seattle. Seattle is a beautiful city...I hope to go there and stay a while sometime and explore all the tourist attractions there...and there are many...

As we approached the Border between the USA and Canada...Mike got really nervous...you know him...but he made it through with no serious mishaps...


The views of the landascape there was beautriful...lots of pretty flowers and stuff to look at...good thing...we sat in line about an hour...waiting for out turn with the Border Guard... I would love to explore this beautiful park as well...so many pretty flowers and bridges and stuff to look at....this picture is of the actual border beteen the countries...
These kids were just begging me to take their pictures...I know they must have been board waiting swo long to cross the border...as they played in the window...I really started to fe afraid that they might even "MOON" me...but they didn't...Thank goodness... Everything around the Border was very formal looking...very important...very, in a way, very proud looking...I was proud to be an American as we entered the country of Canada...
